Holistic Therapy

Woman with Eyes Closed_edited_edited_edi

Hello, I work with individuals, couples and families from pregnancy throughout all stages of life, including those who may working through loss, grief or other difficult experiences which have shaped their sense of self and attachment. Many wish to explore the connection between their developing awareness of neurdiversity and their identity, and how this may be showing up in relationships or impacting on their mental health. My role is to offer guidance in developing practical ways of embracing these discoveries, and how to navigate them in the context of cultural, gender-related or other diversity challenges in a positive way.

My areas of experience include:

  • Adolescent mental health

  • Women's physical and emotional wellbeing

  • Perinatal mental health & birth trauma de-briefing

  • Relationship counselling, family therapy & parent/carer support

  • Neurodiversity challenges and neuro-affirming approaches

  • Cultural identity, intergenerational issues & racism trauma

  • LGBTQIA experiences, including affirmation journeys

What is an holistic approach to therapy?

I follow an integrative approach which utilises polyvagal practices to bring awareness to the mind-body connection, calm the nervous system and release embodied stress. The use of somatic techniques can help to promote healing and recovery for a range of women's issues, during adolescence, relationship transitions and other life changes. Please get in touch with Natalie to find out more.
